Request an RMA
Contact our technical support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which is required for all telescope and mount returns.
Pack Securely
Place the item in its original internal foam packaging and double-box the unit to prevent optical misalignment or structural damage during transit.
Ship with Tracking
Affix the RMA number clearly on the outer shipping carton and send the package via a carrier that provides tracking and full insurance coverage.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the equipment's condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 to 10 business days.
